Our story

Based in Cardiff, Stiwdio Shaw is an independent fashion brand dedicated to the art of slowing down. Founder Jess holds a Master’s in Fashion Design, where her research focused on the power of sewing to build communities and foster human connection. Moving away from the fast-paced traditional industry, she founded Stiwdio Shaw to bring that philosophy to life. Every piece is designed and handmade by Jess, combining academic expertise with a passion for creating a slow fashion community centred around garments that are built to last.
